According to this email from Woking Council the access planning application for the Moor Lane Housing Development project will be submitted next week (w/c 18th May).

The planning application to determine access is due to be submitted early next week.  Once the application is submitted and validated, the local residents will be notified by post and you will be able to express your views on the application within a statutory 3 week period.

The remaining timetable for the project is unchanged.
