b) Obtain Access permission to the site - presumably via a portion of Urban Open Space in exchange for other land
c) Obtain Planning Pernission for a Development that can be serviced via Balfour Avenue and this access
d) Obtain an access to Moor Lane
e) Obtain Planning Development for an enhanced and even larger site using this access..I think it is therefore important that we work towards seeking Detailed Planning Permission for the Full site taking account of all of our joint concerns - not only about access ; but also environmental; schooling; recreational areas etc first.Remember that once Planning permission has been granted there is virtually no right of appeal.

To me this is an obvious approach to “Planning by Stealth”

a) Obtain Outline Planning Permission for an undetermined (although clearly stated) housing Development<br
