I am hearing reports of increased anti-social behavior and fly tipping in Westfield Common including fires being started in the woods, drinking / smoking dens proliferating and fly tipping. Indeed today I witnessed the sad scene of a bed dumped into Moor Lane Pond (see picture below) which has been reported to WBC.
