Another interesting snaps from local resident Alan showing a view of Moor lane in 1950about 10 years after the houses were built. Moor Lane c1950 You can clearly see the two conker trees either side of the lane (quite clearly coppiced in this picture). No white lines seperating New Lane and Moor Lane (clearly Health & Safety had yet to rear its head).

Fast Facts In the background we can see the familiar row of Rosebank cottages. This was prior to the construction of 1-15 Moor Lane.
