Please let your neighbourhood officer know if you have any issues or problems in the area that you want help you with.  Your neighbourhood officer deals with the following types of matters:

  • Abandoned vehicles and untaxed vehicles on the highway.
  • Waste and recycling.
  • Community engagement.
  • Street cleansing.
  • Street name plates.
  • Street furniture.
  • Trees.
  • Maintenance of open spaces (working with Serco).
  • Highway maintenance such as grass cutting, weeds, highway vegetation, leaf clearance (this does not include maintenance of the road surface, for example potholes, as this is dealt with by Surrey County Council)
  • Graffiti.
  • Play areas (cleansing and maintenance).
