NEIGHBOUR NOTIFICATION LETTER – APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Reference: PLAN/2009/0434 Application Type: Full Planning Application Proposal: Formation of three vehicular and pedestrian access points to reserved housing land at Moor Lane, Westfield. The above planning application has been received by the Council. If you wish to view details of the application, including plans, these will usually be available to view and print online approximately three working days from the date of this letter. You should be able to use any computer with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later to access these details on http://caps.woking.gov.uk/publicaccess/. Once the application details are available online you can visit the Civic Offices between 9am and 4.45pm, Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excluded) to view them at one of our public terminals. We are no longer providing paper plans for this purpose. A member of our Customer Service Team will be available to assist you. Please bring this letter with you as it contains the application number.
Any views you wish to make on the above proposal must be in writing. They may be submitted online, by letter or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to the case officer by 11 June 2009. Please help us to record your response by quoting the above application number. Letters received outside this period will be taken into account if a decision has not already been made. Whilst comments made will be acknowledged and summarised in the officer report (or orally if received after the report has been completed) it is not normal practice to enter into correspondence. The leaflet enclosed provides contact details and explains in more detail how to comment on an application, about the process that will be followed in making a decision and details about rights for objectors (and the applicant) to address the Committee should the decision be one that will be made by the Planning Committee.
